Syracuse Vs. Georgetown Final Score: No. 2 Orange Edge No. 12 Hoyas, 64-61, In Overtime

Kris Jospeh scored a game-high 29 points, including the game-winning 3-pointer with 26 second remaining in overtime to help the No. 2 Syracuse Orange clip No. 12 Georgetown Hoyas 64-61 in a Big East Conference men's basketball game at the Carrier Dome.

Joseph netted 17 of his season-high points total in a second half that saw him shoot 4-for-5 from behind the 3-point line. Sophomore center Fab Melo added 11 points, seven rebounds and six blocks for the Orange, helping head coach Jim Boeheim earn his 880th-career victory and surpass former North Carolina Tar Heels head coach Dean Smith on the all-time Division I coaches list.

Freshman forward Otto Porter scored a game-best 14 points for the Hoyas, who led 31-27 at halftime.
