The two men who have accused former long-time assistant head coach Bernie Fine of sexual molestation have told ESPN's investigative television show Outside The Lines Tuesday that they plan on suing Syracuse University and head coach Jim Boeheim for defamation.
Over a month ago, when news broke about the sexual abuse allegations, the plaintiffs -- Bobby Davis and Mike Lang -- were called "liars" and "money grabbers" by Boeheim, who has since apologized for his comments.
ESPN is reporting that a press conference with the plaintiffs' lawyer, Gloria Allred, has been scheduled for 2 p.m. in New York City. Allred has been the attorney for women who made sexual abuse claims against former presidential candidate Herman Cain.
Previously, the initial accuser, Davis, said he was not going to sue Boeheim.
