Halftime Score: Syracuse 31, Tulane 24

Both Syracuse University and Tulane University each scored three second-quarter touchdowns, however, the Orange still have a 31-24 halftime lead in non-conference contest at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans. SU's senior wide receiver Dorian Graham caught two TD passes from senior quarterback Ryan Nassib, who finished the half 10-of-19 with 124-passing yards and two TDs.

At one time, Syracuse led 31-14 after Graham caught a one-yard pass from Nassib with 2:58 remaining in the second quarter, but Tulane responded with a 60-yard TD, which featured freshman wide receiver Xavier Rush catching a deep throw from junior Ryan Griffin and running it into the end zone. Tulane ended the half with a 42-yard field goal by Cairo Santos that cut the Orange advantage to just a TD.

Grffin finished the half completing 15-of-19 passes for 194 yards and two TDs, while sophomore running back Orleans Darkwa scored two first-quarter TDs.
