- In Syracuse this morning, Orange basketball fans are wondering what went wrong. The Orange were routed by Seton Hall, 90-68, at the Carrier Dome Tuesday night, the team's third straight loss. The first two losses were to ranked teams, but losing to the sub-.500 Pirates at home has to be cause for alarm. ↵
- Derek Jeter of the New York Yankees might be an outfielder before his career is over, but that won't be happening soon. ↵
- The Florida Panthers got one lonely shot in the third period Tuesday against the New York Rangers. They made it count, though, scoring with it to defeat the Rangers, 4-3. ↵
