Rutgers Vs Arkansas Odds: Scarlet Knights 7-Point Underdogs to Razorbacks

The Rutgers Scarlet Knights travel to take on the struggling Arkansas Razorbacks as 7-point underdogs on Saturday. The line opened with the Razorbacks as just 2-point favorites, but has since moved up to 7, despite how the season has started in Arkansas. The Razorbacks began this year as a preseason top 10 team, but have been college football's biggest disappointment thus far.

In the last two weeks Arkansas has been upset by Louisiana-Monroe, a game in which they were favored by 29.5 points; and lost to Alabama 52-0. Meanwhile, Rutgers has raced out to 3-0 start and is coming off a 23-13 upset win over South Florida, which as 7.5-point underdogs was their first cover of the season. The Razorbacks still have the overall edge in talent, but the Scarlet Knights now know that being a 7-point underdog is no death sentence.

The total for the game is set at 49.5 or 50 points (depending on the sportsbook) after opening at 47.5 points. Rutgers has hit the under in both their games with a set total this season, while the Razorbacks have hit the over in both of theirs.
