The Rutgers Scarlet Knights annual spring football game will be played on Saturday, April 28. One thing to keep an eye on is the quarterback competition between Chas Dodd and Gary Nova. Since both have been somewhat underwhelming and inconsistent, the competition is wide open.

On offense, the guy to keep an eye on is Miles Shuler. The freshman only recorded six carries and zero catches last season, as a freshman. Head coach, Kyle Flood, has been praising the former high school quarterback, after a productive spring.

"I'm making a lot of progress as a wide receiver," he said. "I'm getting better as a player. The main thing is consistency. Coach Flood - that's what he's been talking to us about, consistency. And I believe that I am being consistent."

The game starts at 3:00 PM, and can be seen on RVison, according to the Rutgers site.
