Rutgers Vs. Louisville Preview

For the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, home is where the heart is. But the schedule dictates that the Scarlet Knights hit the road Saturday for a 4 p.m. meeting with the Louisville Cardinals.

Rutgers is 10-4 at home, but just 1-5 on the road, including a 78-67 defeat at Providence on Wednesday. Myles Mack poured in 16 points off the bench to pace the Scarlet Knights Wednesday, but leading scorer Eli Carter mustered just nine points and Rutgers could not overcome a 14-point halftime deficit.

Louisville has bounced back from a troublesome midseason stretch to win its last three games, the most recent coming against Seton Hall last Saturday. Russ Smith scored 14 points and the Cardinals built a 17-point lead before holding off a late Seton Hall charge to seal the 60-51 victory.
