Rutgers Vs. Cincinnati Preview: Scarlet Knights Host Bearcats At The RAC

The Rutgers Scarlet Knights look to stop a two-game Big East Conferencelosing skid on Saturday night at 6 p.m. (SNY, ESPN3) when they host the Cincinnati Bearcats at the RAC.

Rutgers has lost its last two outings by a combined seven points. The Scarlet Knights held Georgetown to 29.3 percent shooting last Saturday, but did not score for the final two and a half minutes, losing 52-50 when Georgetown's Otto Porter drained a pair of free throws with nine seconds remaining. In Rutgers' most recent contest, the Scarlet Knights squandered an 11-point second-half lead and fell to Depaul at home, 69-64.

Cincinnati has cooled down after a torrid hot streak, losing its past two games. The Bearcats lost to Syracuse on Monday, 60-53, despite 17 points from Cashmere Wright and 16 points and 10 rebounds from Yancy Gates.
