The Big East Conference released the 2013 home and away football pairings Tuesday, and in their final year in the league the Rutgers Scarlet Knights will host the Cincinnati Bearcats, South Florida Bulls, Temple Owls and Houston Cougars.
The Scarlet Knights, who will be looking to defend their first ever Big East championship, will visit the Boise St. Broncos, Central Florida Knights, Connecticut Huskies and Louisville Cardinals.
Date, game times and TV information for the Big East games are not yet available, but the announcement means Rutgers' 12-game regular-season schedule is complete.
Rutgers will begin 2013 play on Aug. 29 with a road game at the Fresno St. Bulldogs. The Scarlet Knights will polish off their non-conference schedule with games against visiting Norfolk State (Sept. 7), Eastern Michigan Eagles (Sept. 14) and the Arkansas Razorbacks (Sept. 21).
The remaining details about the 2013 regular-season slate will be figured out at a later date.
