Despite not playing this week the Rutgers Scarlet Knights were able to move up to No. 20 in the latest USA Today Coaches' Poll, released Sunday. The Scarlet Knights (7-1) were ranked 25th in the country by the coaches last week after losing to the Kent State Golden Flashes, but benefited this week from other teams losing and dropping out of the poll.

Rutgers remains one of two Big East Conference schools ranked in the top 25, as the Louisville Cardinals (9-0) stayed at No. 10. The Cardinals dominated the Temple Owls, 45-17, on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the very top of the poll remained the same with the Alabama Crimson Tide (No. 1), Oregon Ducks (No. 2), Kansas St. Wildcats (No. 3) and Notre Dame Fighting Irish (No. 4) staying in the same spots.

The Georgia Bulldogs cracked the top 5 after they defeated the Mississippi Rebels, and the LSU Tigers lost to Alabama, 21-17.
