The Week 14 BCS rankings are out and there is no surprise at the top of the rankings as it is looking like an all-SEC matchup for the BCS title game as LSU and Alabama are No. 1 and No. 2 this week, this assuming LSU gets past Georgia . Over in the Big East the only team featured in the latest BCS is the West Virginia Mountaineers who come in at No. 23 and the only ranked team from the league. There is a possibility of a three-way tie between Louisville, Cincinnati and West Virginia at the top of the Big East. Each team will have been 1-1 against the other two teams and the way the tie-breaker works, West Virginia is in control of the Big East's BCS bid.

As for Rutgers they fell last week in their season finale against the Connecticut Huskies to finish 4-3 in league play and lost a chance to share the Big East title. The loss also dropped them in the BCS standings from No. 33 to No. 38 as they received votes in the human polls and had an average computer ranking of 39.5 Rutgers could have the distinction of beating the Big East champion if that team happens to be Cincinnati. Earlier in the season Rutgers defeated Cincinnati 20-3 and Cincinnati can win the Big East and go to a BCS bowl game by winning this week and having West Virginia loss to South Florida.

Rutgers lost this past weekend to Connecticut 44-20. The loss knocked the Scarlet Knights out of the race for the Big East title and reduced the handful of teams vying for the Big East title down to three: Cincinnati, Louisville and West Virginia. Syracuse lost to Cincinnati 30-13 this weekend. The Orange are now 5-6 and will finish their season against Pittsburgh with both teams trying to become bowl eligible.

Rutgers was nearly in the Coaches' Poll last week with 54 votes but is down to just 6 votes in that poll this week. Rutgers was shutout of the AP Poll completely this week and didn't receive any votes there.

Here's the complete Coaches' Poll for Week 14:

The latest college football rankings were released Sunday afternoon. Did Rutgers University crack the top 25?

Before losing Saturday, 44-20, at the University of Connecticut, the Rutgers University football program had hopes of cracking the top 25 college football rankings in Week 14. Instead the Scarlet Knights (8-4, 4-3), who received six votes in last week's AP Poll, didn't receive a vote in this week's rankings, released Sunday.

The Syracuse Orange, who dropped their fourth straight game in a loss to the University of Cincinnati, 30-13, didn't sniff the top 25. As for the Big East Conference, West Virginia University, which defeated the University of Pittsburgh, 21-20, Friday night in the Backyard Brawl, was its lone representative.

Overall, LSU remains No. 1, while Alabama, Oklahoma State, Stanford and Virginia Tech round out the AP Poll's top five, respectively. Here's the rest of the top 25 rankings:

1) LSU
2) Alabama
3) Oklahoma
4) Stanford
5) Virginia Tech
6) Arkansas
7) Houston
8) Oregon
9) Boise State
10) USC
11) Michigan State
12) Georgia
13) Oklahoma
14) South Carolina
15) Wisconsin
16) Kansas State
17) Michigan
18) TCU
19) Baylor
20) Nebraska
21) Clemson
22) West Virgina
23) Penn State
24) South Mississippi
25) Florida State
