<p>The weekly <a target="_blank" href="http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/2011/1/18/1941925/nhl-power-rankings-week-15-flyers-canucks-kings-sharks-blackhawks">SB Nation NHL Power Rankings</a> have been released for Week 15, and as usual the news is not pretty for our local trio of hockey squads. The <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.blueshirtbanter.com/">New York Rangers</a>, <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.lighthousehockey.com/">New York Islanders</a> and <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.allaboutthejersey.com/">New Jersey Devils</a> are holding steady where they were in Week 14, and that is not necessarily great news.</p>
<p>The Rangers (26-18-3) remain in the sixth spot in the Eastern Conference. The Rangers will be busy the next few days. They host the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.pensionplanpuppets.com/">Toronto Maple Leafs</a> on Wednesday (7 p.m. ET), then play at Carolina Thursday and at Atlanta on Saturday.</p>
<p>The New York Islanders (14-23-7) are 13th in the Eastern Conference. The Isles are next in action Thursday, when they host the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.japersrink.com/">Washington Capitals</a> at 7 p.m. ET.</p>
<p>The New Jersey Devils (13-29-3) bring up the rear in the Eastern Conference, 15th out of the conference's 15 teams. The Devils host the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.pensburgh.com/">Pittsburgh Penguins</a> Thursday (7 p.m. ET).</p>
<p>In the overall rankings, the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.broadstreethockey.com/">Philadelphia Flyers</a>, Pittsburgh Penguins and <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.stanleycupofchowder.com/">Boston Bruins</a> -- in that order -- are the top three teams in the Eastern Conference. In the Western Conference, the top three teams are the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.nucksmisconduct.com/">Vancouver Canucks</a>, <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.wingingitinmotown.com/">Detroit Red Wings</a> and <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="https://www.defendingbigd.com/">Dallas Stars</a>.</p>
