The New York Yankees will look to snap a four-game losing streak Wednesday, as they host the Baltimore Orioles in the finale of a three-game set at Yankee Stadium (1:05 p.m. ET on YES Network). Phil Hughes (10-8) will take the mound for the New York, which is looking to avoid a three-game sweep from Baltimore, and oppose lefty Zach Britton (1-0).
The contest will be played less than 24 hours after the MLB's non-waiver trade deadline, which featured the Yankees making no bluckbuster moves -- they failed to deal for starting pitcher Ryan Dempster -- but did acquire third basemen Casey McGehee.
McGehee is expected to add some depth to the hot corner, which will be without starter Alex Rodriguez for 5-7 weeks.
