The 2012 MLB All-Star Game takes place Tuesday, July 10, and both the New York Mets and New York Yankees are well represented. A complete schedule for the Home Run Derby, All-Star Game and other events is below.
The Yankees were the big winners with the 2012 MLB All-Star rosters, with CC Sabathia, Robinson Cano, Curtis Granderson and Derek Jeter all named to the American League squad. Cano is the captain of the American League's Home Run Derby team, and he named his teammates on Monday. On the National League side, the Mets will be represented by R.A. Dickey and David Wright.
