New York Yankees Opening Day: Tarp Is Off, Baseball Is Coming

It looks like the rain is going to hold off for now, and that the New York Yankees opening game at Yankee Stadium against the Detroit Tigers will start at scheduled at 1:05 p.m. The tarp is off the field, CC Sabathia is warming up in the bullpen and public address announcer Paul Olden is currently introducing the Tigers.

So, here we we go. Let's hope the rain holds off and we get this one in without a bunch of rain delays. That would be an awful way to start the season.
