The New York Red Bulls have come out with new jerseys, according to CNBC reporter Darren Rovell, which are now available for purchase.
The jerseys are actually quite similar to the old ones, but the shirt no longer buttons at the top. Another change was to the Adidas stripes on the sleeves, which no longer extend all the way to the bottom of the sleeve. The same logo -- two Bulls preparing to head-butt each other -- is on the center of the jersey, with a Red Bulls crest emblazoned over the left chest area.
The Red Bulls waived six players this week in preparation for the 2012 season, after finishing the 2011 season with 46 points, good for fifth in the Eastern Conference.
