- So, in case you hadn't noticed that Cliff Lee guy is pretty good. Lee pitched the Texas Rangers to an 8-0 victory over the Yankees in Game 3 of the American League Championship Series Monday night. Lee struck out 13 and allowed just two hits over eight innings. This game was a 2-0 affair until the Yankee bullpen blew up in the ninth inning. ↵
- The New York Rangers lost to the Colorado Avalanche, 3-1, and the New York Islanders defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs, 2-1, in NHL action Monday night. ↵
