Could it be that the Orlando Magic have finally decided that they have to part ways with superstar center Dwight Howard? Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reported overnight that the Magic have begun "seriously considering" offers for Howard. [via HOOPSWORLD]
Wojnarowski wrote that "The Magic reached out to teams Saturday and told them that they'll discuss proposals about moving Howard."
The Nets, of course, have targeted Howard for months now as they prepare to move into the Barclays Center and begin their first season in Brooklyn.
The Nets have been busy this weekend. Brooklyn has been rumored to have been involved in trade talks for several high-profile players, including Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks and Luis Scola of the Houston Rockets. Star free agent point guard Deron Williams is also reportedly going to meet with both the Nets and Dallas Mavericks on Monday, and there have been reports that Jason Kidd will play wherever Williams plays.
