Jeremy Lin Injury Update: Lin Is Questionable For Game Five

After the New York Knicks beat the Miami Heat 89-87 in Game Four of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals to snap a 13-game losing streak in the playoffs, more good news might be coming.

Jeremy Lin, who has been out for over a month dealing with a knee injury, might return for Game Five, according to NorthJersey.com.

When asked about Lin's availability, head coach Mike Woodson had the following to say:

"Don't know," Woodson said. "I really can't answer that. I'll get back to the gym [today] and talk to doctors and see where everybody is physically, then we'll make some decisions as we go along before we get on the plane to head to Miami."

The Knicks desperately need Lin if for no other reason to generate some offense. New York has been brutal in the department with an aged Baron Davis and kind-of-alive Mike Bibby playing point guard.

New York needs a miracle to get back in this series. Then again, isn't that what Linsanity is all about?
