On Friday, the New York Knicks signed Mike Woodson to a multiyear deal. He went 18-6 in the regular season after replacing Mike D'Antoni, and the Knicks finally won a playoff game after a decade of futility. But with Phil Jackson unemployed, should the Knicks have at least made a courtesy phone call to the former Knick player and legendary coach? Jerry Sloan's name also swirled around the rumor mill.
