2012 All-NBA Teams Announced: Tyson Chandler, Carmelo Anthony Named To Third Team

The NBA announced the 2012 All-NBA teams on Thursday, with Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler both being named to the third team.

Anthony averaged 22.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists. Chandler, the Defensive Player of the Year, contributed 11.3 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game.

The two New York Knicks stars are joined on the third team by Rajon Rondo, Dwyane Wade and Dirk Nowitzki.

LeBron James led the voting with 596 points. The do-it-all Miami Heat forward is joined on the first team by Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul and Dwight Howard.

The second team consists of Kevin Love, Blake Griffin, Andrew Bynum and Russell Westbrook.

Deron Williams of the New Jersey Nets was among those receiving votes.
