The New York Knicks and Miami Heat will meet in the first round of the 2012 NBA Playoffs. Here's a look at the series schedule and television coverage.

The New York Knicks finished their regular season with a 104-84 victory at the Charlotte Bobcats Thursday. The results helped finalize the NBA Playoff schedule and bracket, which will feature the No. 7-seeded Knicks playing the No. 2 Miami Heat in round one.

The match-up for the Knicks will be a tough one, as they were swept in the three-game-season series by the Heat, which enter as one of the favorites to win the NBA Championship.

Here's the Knicks-Heat playoff schedule straight from the NBA:

Game 1, Sat. April 28: New York at Miami at 3:30 p.m. on ABC

Game 2, Mon. April 30: New York at Miami 7:00 p.m. on TNT

Game 3, Thu. May 3: Miami at New York 7:00 p.m. on TNT

Game 4, Sun May 6: Miami at New York 3:30 p.m. on ABC

*Game 5, Wed. May 9: New York at Miami TBD

*Game 6, Fri May 11: Miami at New York TBD

*Game 7, Sun May 13: New York at Miami TBD
