If you didn't think the New York Knicks problems were spiraling out of control before, they certainly are now.
According to a piece in the New York Post today, Carmelo Anthony wants to be traded if he's not promised the ousting of coach Mike D'Antoni sooner rather than later.
D'Antoni and Anthony have been very visibly at odds recently, prompting many to speculate when New York will make a move that seems inevitable.
After Monday's loss to the Chicago Bulls, Anthony reached a breaking point, obvious to anyone watching the post-game show.
"It [stinks],’’ Anthony said. "The situation we’re in right now [stinks]. Losing basketball games the way we’ve been losing games at the end of the game [stinks]. It’s not a good feeling right now.’’
