New York Knicks Vs. Phoenix Suns Preview

At least one NBA losing streak will end Wednesday night.

The struggling New York Knicks host the Phoenix Suns at Madison Square Garden (7:30 p.m., MSG), as both teams look to end skids.

The Knicks have lost three straight contests, including a 102-93 defeat to the Orlando Magic on Monday. Carmelo Anthony returned from ankle injury to score 33 points against the Magic and the Knicks took a two-point lead into the fourth quarter, but Ryan Anderson's hot outside shooting (30 points, including seven three-pointers) allowed Orlando to emerge with the victory.

The Suns carry a five-game losing streak into New York. Phoenix was shellacked by Chicago on Tuesday night, 117-98, despite 25 points and nine assists from Steve Nash. Marcin Gortat added 14 points and 15 rebounds in a losing fashion, but the Suns could not stop Carlos Boozer, who had 31 points before sitting out the fourth quarter.
