First of all, Carmelo Anthony is a Knick, and so is Amar'e Stoudemire. Those are two of the league's best scorers from inside and out, two All-Stars worthy of starting spots, and two guys who demand double teams. Any way you slice it, that's incredible. The whole "They both need to ball to score! They can't share!" thing may hold water for now, but they'll probably figure that out. They're really good and they're going to learn how to coexist. It'll take time, though. - Seriously, though, don't try and approach the Melo/Amar'e tandem with any degree of certainty. The advanced stats tend to be frightening, but these two guys have never played alongside companions of one another's caliber. We have no idea how far those two can take us. None.
