- The Carmelo Anthony sweepstakes might be tilting back in favor of the New York Knicks. Despite the fact that the New Jersey Nets can put the best offer on the table, reports indicate that 'Melo still really has his heart set on Madison Square Garden. This is far from over, so stay tuned. ↵
- Speaking of the Knicks, they finished their West Coast trip Wednesday night with a 131-125 loss to Utah. That's a lot of points for a game that finished in regulation time. ↵
- The New Jersey Nets just can't win. Anthony might be slipping through their fingers off the court, and on the court they failed to hold a 15-point lead Wednesday, losing to Phoenix, 118-109, in overtime. ↵
- Andy Pettitte isn't retiring officially, but he won't be pitching for the New York Yankees when the 2011 season starts. It is anybody's as to whether or not Pettitte will make a Roger Clemens-like mid-season return. ↵
