Charlotte, NC (Sports Network) – Raymond Felton scored 23 points and dished out 13 assists in his return to Charlotte and the Knicks topped the Bobcats, 99-95, at Time Warner Cable Arena.
Felton spent the first five years of his career with the Bobcats before signing with New York as a free agent in the offseason.
Wilson Chandler finished with 21 points and eight rebounds and Amare Stoudemire supplied 20 points for the Knicks, who have won five straight.
Tyrus Thomas led Charlotte with 26 points and 11 rebounds and Stephen Jackson added 18 points for the Bobcats, who lost both games of a home-and-home series with New York.
D.J. Augustin supplied 14 points and seven assists and Boris Diaw scored 11 points in the loss.
