- The New York Giants are rolling along, with five straight wins and a 6-2 record. The Giants have the revamp an offensive line decimated by injuries, however, and that could put a dent in their high-flying offense. ↵
- Not a good night for the local NBA squad. New Jersey lost its fifth straight game, falling to Cleveland, 93-91. The Nets get another shot at the Cavs tonight. The New York Knicks were routed by the Milwaukee Bucks, 107-80. ↵
- The New York Rangers were the only local hockey squad in action Tuesday, and things did not go well for the Rangers. They lost to the Washington Capitals, 5-3. ↵
- Robinson Cano, Mark Teixeira and Derek Jeter all were named American League Gold Glove winners on Tuesday. Does anybody really believe Jeter is the best defensive shortstop in the AL? ↵
