Round Two Mock Draft: Jets Select Stephen Hill and Vinny Curry

The first round of the 2012 NFL Draft is over and Friday is a new day – a day for teams like the New York Jets to change the minds of many "experts" concerning the quality of their draft class. On Thursday, the Jets stood pat and selected Quinton Coples, a defensive end from North Carolina, with the 17th overall pick. Not many people liked the pick of the low motor underachiever.

Ryan Van Bibber from SB Nation has the Jets taking the wide receiver who owned the combine, Stephen Hill from Georgia Tech, with their second round pick – 47th overall.

Dan Kadar from Mocking The Draft has the Jets taking Vinny Curry from Marshall with their second round pick.

47. New York Jets - Vinny Curry, OLB/DE, Marshall
First-round pick: Quinton Coples, DE

Jets fans wanted Melvin Ingram in the first round, and it would have been a good pick. Curry is a little less of a natural linebacker transition end, but he's relentless as a pass rusher.
