With the 2012 NFL Draft coming up Thursday night, mock drafts are running wild.
Many experts only do one round, but not Chad Reuter, who went all out in a can-you-handle-it seven round extravaganza.
Here, without further adieu, are his picks for the New York Jets:
1st Round - Riley Reiff - OT - Iowa
2nd Round - Alshon Jeffrey - WR - South Carolina
3rd Round - Bruce Irvin - OLB/DE - West Virginia
4th Round - No pick
5th Round - Ronald Leary - OG - Memphis
6th Round - Brandon Marshall - LB - Nevada
6th Round - Coryell Judie - CB - Texas A&M
6th Round - Evan Rodriguez - FB/TE - Temple
7th Round - Jerron McMillan - SS - Maine
7th Round - Ernest Owusu - DE - California
7th Round - T.J. Graham - WR - North Carolina State
This is a pick in the first round that most experts haven't linked to the Jets, but could be a good one. Anyone who watched Wayne Hunter last year knows the pain that caused them, so getting Reiff to fill the void would be a prudent decision.
After that, Jeffrey is an excellent sleeper in this year's draft. He's never had a good quarterback to work with and yet makes spectacular plays in the toughest conference around.
Another steal would be Bruce Irvin, who has the quickest burst off the line of almost any player in college football. Irvin would potentially add a nice pass-rushing dynamic to a team in desperate search of that trait.
