The New York Jets have had three players selected to play in the 2012 Pro Bowl which will take place on Jan. 29 in Honolulu, Hawaii at Aloha Stadium at 7 p.m. (TV: NBC).
Cornerback Darrelle Revis, center Nick Mangold and tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson were picked for the Pro Bowl (via New York Daily News). Revis and Mangold will make their fourth consecutive Pro Bowl. Ferguson will be heading to his third Pro Bowl of his career.
Darrelle Revis and kick returner Joe McKnight led their positions in the AFC after the fan vote. McKnight was named a first alternate for the Pro Bowl. Linebacker David Harris and guard Brandon Moore have been named second alternates for the AFC's Pro Bowl squad.
The fan vote totals were released on Dec. 19 but the official selections were not announced until on Dec. 27 at 7 p.m. on NFL Network's NFL Total Access 2012 Pro Bowl Selection Show.
