The New York Jets host the Buffalo Bills Sunday at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Here's how you can find the game on television and on your radio dial.

It was just four weeks ago that the New York Jets dominated the Buffalo Bills, 27-11, on the road in an AFC East showdown. On Sunday, the Jets (5-5) will be looking for the same results as the Bills (5-5) visits MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.

The game is key for both teams' playoff chances, which are in the balance after both lost in Week 11. Each squad is battling multiple injury issues and scrutiny among its local media. That formula should provide a solid backdrop for a must-see NFL match up.
