New York Jets Injury Update: Shonn Greene (Ribs) Returns To Practice

The New York Jets saw the return of one injured running back Tuesday, according to ESPN's Mike Mazzeo. But another was still sidelined.

Shonn Greene (ribs) returned to the practice field on Tuesday after missing Monday's session, but LaDainian Tomlinson (sprained MCL) did not participate fully with his teammates. Tomlinson went inside while the team stretched, then returned to the field for some work on the side.

Tomlinson was joined on the sidelines by wide receiver Jeremy Kerley (sprained MCL). Plaxico Burress also missed practice, to do community service in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Guard Matt Slauson (sprained MCL) and safety Brodney Pool (sprained MCL) both practiced.

Greene, who injured himself during the first quarter of New York's loss to Denver on Thursday night, has started every game for New York. He has rushed for 573 yards this season and two touchdowns.

Coach Rex Ryan said he expects all the injured players to be available on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
