New York Jets, a team still trying to get past a season of disappointment that has followed preseason Super Bowl aspirations, welcome the San Diego Chargers travel to East Rutherford, N.J. on Sunday afternoon.

The Jets took a step in the right direction last week, beating the Dolphins on Monday Night Football. Cornerback Darrelle Revis was dominant, containing Miami wide receiver Brandon Marshall and snagging two picks, including one which he returned 100 yards for a touchdown. The effort earned Revis AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

But the AFC West-leading Chargers -- who are 4-1 and coming off a bye week -- will be a much tougher test. The Chargers sports the sixth-best passing attack in the NFL and should challenge the Jets secondary, which is ranked fifth-best respectively. But San Diego's record is built off of wins against teams with a combined record of 4-17, including their last win, a 29-24 victory against the hapless Broncos

This is the type of game that could shape the rest of the season for both teams, no matter the outcome.

Game Time: 1 p.m.
TV Schedule: CBS
