Jets Friday Injury Report: Mangold, DeVito Listed As Questionable Vs. Chargers

New York Jets defensive tackle Mike DeVito missed practice Friday after aggravating his injured knee during Thursday's practice, according to a report from ESPN New York. Devito is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers, as is center Nick Mangold (ankle), who returned to practice on a limited basis after missing the previous two days.

The Jets have said all along Mangold will play Sunday, but Devito's appears to be more at risk. If he doesn't, the Newark Star-Ledger is reporting that third-round pick Kenrick Ellis will get the nod in his place. Ellis was inactive the first five games of the season before making his debut in Monday night's win over the Dolphins.

Cornerback Isaiah Trufant (hamstring) has not practiced all week and will miss Sunday's game along with wide receiver Logan Payne (wrist).

The following Jets are listed as probable: Cornerback Marquice Cole (hamstring), cornerback Antonio Cromartie (groin), defensive tackle Marcus Dixon (knee), running back Joe McKnight (knee), defensive end Ropati Pitoitua (knee), long snapper Tanner Purdum (back), cornerback Donald Strickland (concussion), running back LaDainian Tomlinson (not injury related) and defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson (shoulder).

All of the probable players made full participation at Friday's practice.
