Can the Jets handle Peyton Manning? Can Mark Sanchez make the throws he needs to make with his injured shoulder? The Colts have run the ball well in winning four straight games. Can the Jets deal with that? Can they run the ball well enough to keep Sanchez from having to win the game himself? Game time is 8 p.m. ET.
