There have been a lot of twists and turns and strange things going on around the New York Jets and coach Rex Ryan this season. The whole apparent foot video controvery has to be far and away the strangest, however.
↵In case you haven't heard, the whole deal started with a Deadspin report showing a Youtube video of a woman who looks a lot like Ryan's wife, Michelle, and a man who sounds a lot like Rex. In the video, the woman's are dangling out a car window and the man fawns over them while the woman flirts suggestively.
↵I don't know what the deal is here, if it really is Ryan and his wife, but the whole thing is a mess.
↵Ryan has been forced to issue a statement calling it a "personal matter." Jets players are ready to have some fun at their coach's expense.
↵If this is indeed Ryan and his wife I could really care less about the foot fetish. People have all sorts of fetishes, some more bizarre than others. The foolishness of letting stuff like this out to Youtube, though, again makes you wonder about the Jets coach. If this is Ryan and his wife, of course.
