Remorse? Reflection? Santonio Holmes is back with the New York Jets after serving his four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, and he says he isn’t bothering with any of that stuff.
“To look in your eyes, and be honest with you? Not one percent,‘’ Holmes said today at his locker after practicing with the team for the first time since the preseason. "I’ve been the same person since I step foot in the NFL, I’ll continue being the same person until I leave… I didn’t have anything to think about. Everything was already done, in the process. It’s time to play football now.’’
So much for that.
