After leading the Jets to the AFC Championship Game as a rookie last season, quarterback MARK SANCHEZ has passed for 902 yards with eight touchdowns and no interceptions, helping the Jets to a 4-1 record and first place in the AFC East.

 

Sanchez and VINNY TESTAVERDE (2000-01) are the only quarterbacks since 1970 who had no interceptions through five starts to open a season after tossing 20 or more interceptions the previous year:
