The New York Jets were without three receivers at practice on Wednesday. Tight end Dustin Keller (ankle) and wide receivers Stephen Hill (knee) and Clyde Gates (concussion) did not practice due to their injuries.
Keller suffered an ankle injury in the Jets 7-6 win over the Cardinals, but the Jets insist it is not a high-ankle sprain as had been previously reported. Either way, missing practice on Wednesday is not a good sign for Keller's chances to play on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Hill led the Jets in targets against the Cardinals and Gates missed the game due to his concussion.
Quarterback Tim Tebow was limited on Wednesday with his cracked ribs. Running back Joe McKnight (ankle/ribs), guard Brandon Moore (hip) and defensive tackle Sione Po'uha (back) were all limited on Wednesday as well. An additional 15 Jets were listed on the injury report but were full participants in practice.
