With the division crown now out of reach, the New York Jets, Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins will play in Week 14 on Sunday aiming to stay alive in the conference's wild card chase, although the teams' hopes grow dimmer as the season winds down.

The New England Patriots, already having clinched the AFC East title, will play the AFC's No. 1 seed Houston Texans on Monday night in what could end up being a playoff preview in the AFC.
