Both the Jets and Bills look to end a disappointing season with a win.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Jets conclude their season on Sunday by facing the Buffalo Bills as both teams prepare to watch the postseason from home.

Mark Sanchez returns to the starting quarterback position for the Jets after spending one game on the bench. With Sanchez on the sideline, Greg McElroy threw for 185 yards and one interception and was sacked 11 times as New York fell to the San Diego Chargers. Sanchez, who has completed 55 percent of his passes for 13 touchdowns and 17 interceptions, can help the Jets avoid their first season with double-digit losses since 2007.

Buffalo, who has already secured its fourth-straight season of double-digit losses, plays to avoid a season-ending four-game losing streak. C.J. Spiller averages 6.5 yards per carry to lead the Bills' sixth-best rushing offense, which averages 141 yards per game. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown for 3,175 yards, 23 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions in his eighth NFL season.
