NFL Draft order 2013: Jets to pick No. 14 if season ended today

The Jets (6-8) were eliminated from postseason contention Monday, as they lost to the Titans, 14-10. New York fans now go from looking at playoff scenarios to the NFL Draft order.

The Star-Ledger-US PRESSWIRE

If the NFL season ended today, the New York Jets would have the No. 14 pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, according to SB Nation's Mocking The Draft.

The Jets (6-8) were eliminated from postseason contention Monday night, as they lost at the Tennessee Titans, 14-10, and now will be playing the rest of the season for pride.

The fan base, however, will be more interested in the team's NFL Draft pick.

New York has two games remaining on its regular-season schedule - Week 16 against the visiting San Diego Chargers and Week 17 at the Buffalo Bills - and could end the season with an overall record as good as 8-8 or as bad as 6-10.

Last season, the Jets finished 8-8 overall and picked 16th out of 32 teams.
