New York Jets defensive tackle Sione Po'uha was not seen at Wednesday's practice, a few media outlets are reporting. Po'uha missed the Jets' season-opener against the Buffalo Bills with a back injury, but has played in the last three games, including last Sunday's 34-0 loss to the visiting San Francisco 49ers.

Jets head coach Rex Ryan has yet to addresses Po'uha's absence. Other Jets players that did not participate in practice were tight end Dustin Keller (hamstring) and wide receiver Stephen Hill (hamstring). Both were seen doing individual work on the side and were not expected to practice.

Meanwhile, fullback John Conner (hamstring) and linebacker Bart Scott (toe) were each seen riding stationary bikes on the side as the Jets prepare for Monday's contest with the undefeated Houston Texans. Both played last Sunday against the 49ers.

As reported earlier in the day, wide receiver Santonio Holmes was placed on the injured reserve list. The Jets No. 1 wide out suffered a Lisfranc injury in his left foot on Sunday.
