The New York Jets enter Sunday's game with the New England Patriots as heavy underdogs. When the odds opened at the start of the week, the Jets were 13-point underdogs. As the week has progressed, the line has shrunk, but not by much. On five of the sports betting websites on the site OddsShark, the Patriots are favored by 10.5 points. On Bovada, the Patriots are 11-point favorites and on 5Dimes, they are favored by 12.

The total seems to be split at either 47 or 47.5 points. Some recent trends have the Jets going 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 games on the road and 2-4 in their last six games against the Patriots. The total has gone over the last five times these two teams have played and four of the last five times these teams have played in New England.

The Jets and the Patriots are set to play at Gillette Stadium on Sunday with kickoff scheduled for 4:15 p.m. The game will be televised on CBS.
