The Islanders take on a familar foe when they host the Philadelphia Flyers on Thurdsay night, and that means they'll have to solve goalie Ilya Bryzgalov, who hasn't surrendered a goal in any of his last three starts.
The good news for New York is that its history against Bryzgalov is strong: he's only lasted through three of his five starts against the Isles and has a goals against average of 3.34.
The Islanders will also look to end a four game losing streak, and help dig themselves out of a last place tie with Carolina and Montreal in the Eastern Conference standings. That will mean holding onto their leads, as they've surrendered one in each of their last three contests, including a 3-0 lead over Washington on Tuesday night.
Game Time: 7:00 p.m. EST.
