After ending last week's three-game schedule on a positive note with Saturday's 2-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild, the New York Islanders will travel to the Great Land Up North before not leaving the Tri-State area for the remainder of the week.
On Tuesday, the Islanders (10-14-6) travel to face the Winnipeg Jets (8:30 p.m. ET on MSG+), who have won six of their last eight games, including a 5-3 victory Saturday over the Anaheim Ducks.The Jets (15-14-3) are 11-5-0 at home this season, while the Islanders are 4-6-3 on the road.
On Thursday, the Isles turn to New York, but play on the road against the New York Rangers (7:00 p.m. on MSG+). This will be the third meeting between the two Atlantic Division rivals. So far, both franchises have earned victories against each other.
New York's final game of the week will be played Friday, as the Toronto Maple Leafs visit the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale (7 p.m. on MSG+). This season, the Isles are 8-3-2 at home, while Toronto is 9-8-0 on the road.
