All eyes will be on the New York Islanders when the New York suits up on Monday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Well, the eyes will probably be fixated on Sidney Crosby, who makes his return to the ice after rehabbing from a concussion suffered last season. But it's still a big game for the Islanders with a lot of people watching.
The Islanders were up and down last week, ending a four-game losing streak against the Canadiens before getting blown out 6-0 by the streaking Bruins. This week, New York will be tested with a tough, packed slate -- four games in six days again teams the Penguins, Flyers and Devils, which each sport winning records.
The Islanders start off the week on Monday night in Pittsburgh against the Penguins, who won the first two meetings between the teams this season without their star captain. The game is at 7 p.m. ET on MSG+.
A home-and-home with the Devils, who have won six of their last eight games. Sandwiched in the middle of the week is a date with the Flyers.
