With the NFL preseason now underway, fantasy football leagues are beginning to heat up. As players prepare for their league drafts, many will be searching for and analyzing fantasy football player rankings. SB Nation's fantasy sports site, Fake Teams, came out with their quarterback rankings recently and there's good news there for Eli Manning.

Manning checked in at No. 6 in Fake Teams' quarterback rankings, a significant jump from the No. 15 ranking he received a year ago. In the 2012 rankings, Manning is behind only Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Tom Brady, Matthew Stafford and Cam Newton. Fake Teams calls him a "true top 10 fantasy QB."

Fake Teams's quarterback rankings weren't as kind to the Jets' quarterback duo of Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow. Sanchez checks in at No. 27, down seven spots from his No. 20 ranking in 2011. Tebow claimed the final spot on the rankings, No. 32.
