New York Giants wide receiver, Hakeem Nicks, broke his foot in OTAs on Thursday, and it was originally reportedly that he would miss 12 weeks. However; ESPN's Adam Schefter tweeted that Nicks recovery time could be much shorter than expected.
One person familiar with WR Hakeem Nicks' fractured foot said it was more like a "4- to 6-week" injury. Opener vs Dallas still in play.

The 24-year-old has put together back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons for the Giants. In 2012 he reeled in 76 balls for 1,192 yards and seven touchdowns. He also had a monster post-season, with 28 catches for 444 yards and four touchdowns, including a 10 catch, 109 yard performance in the Super Bowl.
